·   Using data provided by management and supervisory staff: Build and maintain master schedule of all construction activities, submittals, and change orders.

·   Prepare look ahead schedules for management, supervisors, and sub-contractors.

·   Prepare recovery and/or accelerated schedules when necessary.

·   Conduct weekly progress meetings with supervisors and sub-contractors to determine percentage completion of activities.

·   Conduct Monthly meetings to reconcile progress for the payment. Process payment requests.
